The Citizen reports on diverse reactions from analysts and political commentators regarding promises made by the Tanzanian Presidential candidates. Twaweza Head, Mr. Rakesh Rajani, expresses his concerns over the lack of evidence for the basis on which these promises are being made, and Uwazi's lead analyst, Rose Aiko, notes that is the taxpayers who will carry the burdens of funding such initiatives, as well as the future generations.
