'Use Uwezo findings to improve Education in Uganda'

In an opinion editorial in Uganda’s Daily Monitor, Bernard Tabaire criticizes the Ugandan Parliament, and particularly the ruling party Caucus, for giving in to ‘executive assault’ and voting for everything the executive proposed. Then he advises that the Parliament should capitalize on non-controversial issues to rebuild its public image as an independent pillar of the State. As an example, he suggests that the Ugandan Parliament should base their suggestions for how the Government could improve the quality of Universal Primary Education and Universal Secondary Education on Uwezo’s recent findings on education outcomes in Uganda.
