Twaweza is never boring. Twaweza is flexible and encourages creativity and gives us the opportunity to make a positive impact. I love the fact that a day at Twaweza is not predictable. It can be a blend of many special events, interesting virtual, you name it. I enjoy working with smart yet humble colleagues who are always eager to collaborate, share and help. Twaweza has helped me learn and use all sorts of skills. Here, every idea matters. And of course, it is casual every day! I don’t have to quarrel with my wardrobe every morning!
