LearnImpact is looking for qualified web development suppliers to design, develop, and launch its new organisational website.

The website is expected to reflect LearnImpact’s identity as an evidence-driven organisation working to improve learning outcomes through innovation, research, and partnerships with government systems. Since becoming independent in 2026, the organisation says it is looking to establish a stronger digital presence that clearly communicates its work, impact, and strategic direction.

LearnImpact’s work includes:

  • KiuFunza, a teacher incentive programme that has reached more than 330,000 children across Tanzania
  • SOMA, an AI-assisted teacher coaching initiative currently being tested through a 70-school RCT in Mtwara
  • Mwalimu Kinara, an initiative recognising excellence in teaching and learning

The new website will serve as the organisation’s main public platform for sharing evidence, publications, insights, partnerships, and programme information.

The scope of work includes:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Mobile-first responsive design
  • CMS setup and staff training
  • Impact storytelling and programme pages
  • Publication and blog integration
  • SEO optimisation
  • Post-launch technical support

The website will also include dedicated sections for LearnImpact’s research, evidence, thought leadership, partnerships, and organisational updates.

Interested suppliers are required to submit:

  • A company profile and portfolio
  • Technical proposal
  • Itemised budget
  • Project timeline
  • Team structure and references
  • Maintenance and support options

The submission deadline is 30 May 2026. Proposals should be emailed to: mkamukulu@learnimpact.org CC: kexpellah@learnimpact.or.tz and syusuph@twaweza.org
